什么是 3LPE 涂层管?
3LPE 涂层管由 3 层管道涂层组成.
第 1 层由熔结环氧树脂组成.这可以防止腐蚀,并与喷砂钢表面熔合.
第 2 层是一种共聚物胶粘剂,与聚乙烯的内层和顶层具有优异的化学键合.
第 3 层是用于防止管道受到任何物理损坏的聚乙烯层.
3PE可以增强管道的机械性能,高电阻,防水,且耐磨,抗老化.它可以保护管道免受仅占管道 1/4 的热量损失.3PE 涂层管集成了 FBE 和 PE 的优点.
