PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
一. ENERGY SAVING AND CONSUMPTION REDUCTION (LARGE WATER SUPPLY AND SMALL HEAD LOSS)
1. The welding connection has good sealing performance, without running, bubbling, dripping or leaking.
2. The friction coefficient of the inner wall of TPEP anti—corrosion steel pipe has been tested by the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research and is only 0.0086. The inner wall is smooth and the head loss is small. According to the hydraulic calculation formula, it can be used with a lower caliber grade.
二. STRONG ADAPTABILITY
1. The pipeline has excellent resistance to deformation, earthquake, settlement and collapse.
2. Due to the large deflection of steel—plastic pipes, when encountering swamps, rivers and other environ— ments, welding can be done on the ground, while welding, reducing the difficulty of construction without affecting product quality.
3. The amount of earth excavation is small, and the requirements for the foundation layer and backfill layer are low.
三. IT CAN BE USED AS A TOP PIPE OR A PULL PIPE
1. Anti—wear agent is added to the coating to enhance the wear resistance of the outer anti—corrosion layer;
2. Trenchless technology does not affect traffic, the pipe laying speed is fast and efficient, there is no envi— ronmental damage, and it does not affect people's normal work and life;
3. The product is 6—12 meters long.
AFTER IMPROVING THE MATERIALS AND PROCESSES OF THE (INNER) AND OUTER
ANTI-CORROSION LAYERS, THE PRODUCT SHINES IN THE FOLLOWING ASPECTS
1. The outer wall is made of high—density cross—linked polyethylene, which has higher hardness and wear resistance. The rubber wheel wear test shows that the wear weight loss is < 15mg, and the wear weight loss of the inner wall epoxy resin coating is <20mg. Reference standard: SY/T 0442—2010 "Technical Standard for Internal Anticorrosion Layer of Fusion—bonded Epoxy Powder for Steel Pipes".
2. It finds use under harsh conditions and has a long anti—corrosion life. Heavy anti—corrosion coatings can generally be used for 50 to 70 years in chemical, atmospheric and marine environments. Even in acid, alkali, salt and solvent media, and under certain temperature conditions, it can be used for more than 50 years.
3. The coating has excellent weather resistance, anti—aging, anti—radiation, wear resistance, impact resistance, high temperature and low temperature resistance, and stable conductivity; its resistivity can meet the anti—static requirements and ensure the long life of the coating.
4. Strong adhesion: The coating has strong bonding with the substrate. The coating composition contains hydroxyl groups (—OH). The metal substrate provides positive ions, which can form chemical bonds. With the help of the coupling agent in the coating, it can even achieve covalent chain bonding. Under the maintenance of the spatial network structure, the metal, metal oxide nanomaterials and rare earth oxide ultrafine powders contained in the coating composition help the coating form a dense interface transition layer, so that its comprehensive thermodynamic properties match those of the substrate.
