Product Discription:

temperature of -80~250 ℃, aging resistance, fireproof noncombustible, high oxygen index, non
absorbent, radiation resistance, long term exposure to the atmosphere, surface and the performance
of its basically unchanged; dielectric properties, excellent resistance to high pressure, corrosion
prevention, almost insoluble in any solvent, not in strong acid and alkali corrosion, good wear resistance,
static friction coefficient is the smallest in the plastic, good lubrication performance, the surface
is not sticky, good tensile strength.piping, high purity reagents conveying pipe, all kinds of corrosive
medium conveying pipe.
Application:
Mainly used for insulation and sheath, electrical components, wires, cables under various frequencies;
liquid crystal manufacturing apparatus, the single end emitting single core fiber tube, heat exchanger,
steam piping, high purity reagents conveying pipe, all kinds of corrosive medium conveying pipe
High low temperature resistance:
-200--200°C,high temperature strength is 2 times higher than PTFE
Good adhesive and heat sealability with PTFE:
Below melting point ,it won’t stick any project.Above melting point, it has perfect adhesive property with PTFE, Metal and self-adhesion(heat sealing).
None stick to water ,oil :water contact angle:θ=114o
