~Battery cell test & discharger is an instrument that can maintain, test capacity to battery and all kinds of DC, accept to new battery project And discharge deeply periodic. At the same time, it is of test to single cell and whole group voltage, constant- current discharge and online monitoring. The data of single cell or whole group can be tested automatically, displayed real-time and record with big LCD at the same time of discharge. The machine can be controlled by CPU. It is of protection functions and can achieve unattended operation. Meanwhile, its test data can be transferred to U disk, directly uploaded to PC,
processed by data processing software kit ,and then formed into all kinds of charts for analyzing battery remain capacity. It can provide scientific basis for analysis battery capability.
Main Features
1.Display mode: LCD, English menu prompt, display all the test data real time: whole group voltage, single cell voltage, current, capacity, timeout, inner temperature etc.
2.Control mode: It adopts SCM control, set the single cell & whole group protection voltage, discharge current, discharge capacity, discharge timeout etc.
3.Fast capacity analysis function: Can estimate the remain capacity by 5 minutes discharge.
4.Auto alarm: when meet high temperature or the battery wires is disconnect, it will alarm automatically.
5.Auto stop: When meet any of the following condition, it will stop discharge automatically: time out, capacity out, single cell or whole group protection voltage out.
6.Real-time monitoring: Real time display and control all setting Parameters (Single cell & whole group voltage, current, time, capacity,temperature)
7.Record query: the tester can reserve 8 group discharge data(10hours/group)
8.Data transfer: USB and RS232
9.Data processing: through data processing software, it can form into all kinds of curse, graphs, charts, and support to print.
10.Computer remote: can set and revise the parameters and control the start and stop of the discharge by computer.
11.Calibration and correction: can correct the single cell & whole group voltage, current.
12.Power consumption elements: adopts special alloy resister, production with proprietary intellectual property rights, high power density, safe &reliable, long service time.
13.Integration design: control circuits and power consumption elements integration design, same size, convenient to carry, forced air cooling.
