     When pipeline diameters reach the 60-inch range, the core challenge in fluid control shifts from “on-off control” to “heavy-duty reliability + operational feasibility”—valves with extremely large cross-sections are prone to deformation under pressure, maintaining a zero-leakage seal around the entire circumference of sealing surfaces several meters in size is difficult, manual operation completely exceeds human physical limits, and on-site maintenance costs rise exponentially. This ANSI Class 150 flanged triple-offset hard-seal butterfly valve, featuring a valve body and disc made from a uniform WCB carbon steel base material and equipped with an industrial-grade electric actuator, was custom-developed for ultra-high-flow, medium-to-low-pressure long-distance transmission applications. It deeply integrates large-diameter structural rigidity, full-circumference sealing precision, and remote automated control to provide a highly reliable, low-maintenance, intelligent control for ultra-large trunk pipeline networks.

  ● To address the immense opening and closing resistance caused by the dead weight of the 60-inch large disc and the thrust of the medium, the valve is equipped with an industrial-grade electric actuator. The output torque precisely matches operational requirements, completely overcoming the physical limitations of manual operation. It enables smooth 0–90° full-stroke opening and closing of the disc, as well as precise adjustment of the opening degree, without the need for on-site personnel—ensuring a smooth, shock-free, and jam-free operation throughout the entire process.

  ● Utilizing the proven three-dimensional triple-eccentric design principle and specifically optimized for the rotational trajectory of the 60-inch extra-large butterfly disc, the triple offset—achieved through eccentricity in the shaft, valve body center, and sealing cone angle—ensures that the sealing surface and valve seat remain free of contact and scraping throughout the entire opening and closing rotation. Precise conical contact is achieved only at the fully closed position.

  ● The valve body and both end flanges are integrally cast from WCB material, eliminating welded joints and stress concentration points. The overall structural rigidity far exceeds that of wafer-type or lug-type designs, enabling uniform distribution of complex external forces—such as foundation settlement, flow impact, water hammer vibrations, and thermal expansion and contraction—commonly encountered in large-diameter pipelines. This ensures long-term stability of the valve body’s orientation and prevents any deviation of the sealing reference.
