Paired with standard Chinese national standard flange interfaces and a precision worm gear control mechanism, it perfectly addresses diverse medium-pressure operating conditions involving general corrosion, thermal cycling, and trace impurities, providing a standardized selection solution for general pipelines characterized by “wide applicability, minimal leakage, long service life, and low maintenance costs.

  ● The valve body and both end flanges are integrally cast from the same 304 material, eliminating welded joints and weak points caused by stress concentration, thereby preventing the risk of preferential corrosion in welded areas at the source; the flange faces are machined in a single clamping operation using high-precision CNC equipment, ensuring strictly controlled flatness and surface finish.
