Product Features

     Conventional soft-seal valves are prone to punctures from particulates and aging at high temperatures, while carbon steel hard-seal valves are susceptible to corrosion and have a short service life. Frequent replacements not only drive up costs but also disrupt continuous production operations. This flanged triple-offset hard-seal butterfly valve features a valve body and disc made entirely of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the valve seat sealing surface is overlaid with high-hardness Stellite cobalt-based alloy. Designed for a nominal pressure of PN16 and a standard nominal diameter of DN300, it provides a corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and long-lasting integrated fluid control solution for medium-pressure, medium-sized pipelines, delivering more stable operational performance at a lower total lifecycle cost.

Product Advantages

  ● Equipped with a high-precision worm gear drive mechanism, the transmission ratio is optimized to account for the self-weight of the DN300 disc and sealing resistance. Through a reasonable reduction ratio, torque is amplified, resulting in smooth and uniform operating torque at the handwheel. A single operator can easily complete the full 0–90° opening and closing cycle as well as fine-tune the valve opening, with no sticking or uneven resistance throughout the entire process.
  ● Stellite cobalt-based alloy combines high hardness with excellent toughness. It not only withstands erosion and wear caused by solid particles in the medium but also offers outstanding high-temperature resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. Its applicable temperature range is far broader than that of soft sealing materials such as PTFE and rubber, ensuring stable operation in hot water, low-pressure steam, and hot oil applications.
  ● The valve body and both end flanges are manufactured using an integral casting process, with no joints or welds, resulting in a structurally rigid unit. Designed to accommodate the circumferential stress characteristics of a DN300 diameter, it can reliably withstand continuous medium pressure at the PN16 rating, ensuring no deformation or uneven loading during long-term operation.
