Product Advantages
• Extremely Long Service Life
Thanks to the double-eccentric design, the disc and seat engage and disengage very quickly, effectively eliminating the continuous friction and scraping found in traditional valves.
• Low Torque Operation
Since friction during opening and closing is significantly reduced, the torque required to operate the valve is also substantially lower. This allows for the use of smaller-sized actuators (such as electric or pneumatic actuators), reducing overall costs and making manual operation much easier.
• Wide Range of Operating Conditions
Stainless steel construction and a variety of sealing options enable the valve to handle a wide range of media, from ambient-temperature fresh water to high-temperature steam, and from corrosive chemicals to slurries containing solid particles. Its operating temperature range extends from -40°C to over 450°C.
