Product Advantages
● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox, it eliminates reliance on power or air sources, ensuring absolutely reliable operation in remote field stations, underground chambers, and emergency situations. The DN450 large-diameter full-bore flow path enables low pressure drop and smooth, high-flow transportation.
● The valve is strictly designed to meet the PN10 pressure rating. The large-diameter, rigid body effectively absorbs pipeline pressure pulsations and foundation settlement stresses, ensuring no structural deformation and consistently reliable sealing even under frequent manual operation.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc instantly disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing. The entire 90° rotation ensures zero friction and zero scraping between the sealing surfaces.
