Product Features
Addresses three major industry points: leaks in large-diameter medium- and high-pressure pipelines, difficulty in opening and closing valves, and complex maintenance. WCB carbon steel construction withstands PN25 medium- and high-pressure conditions; the low-resistance design for DN800 valves saves over one million kWh of electricity annually. Butt-welded connections completely eliminate flange leakage points, ensuring a permanent, weld-sealed joint. Hydraulic drive provides powerful torque, enabling effortless opening and closing of extra-large-diameter valves; Remote control enables unmanned operation, significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs.
Product Advantages
● The valve end is directly butt-welded to the pipeline, eliminating flanges and gaskets to form a permanent all-metal seal. With no leakage points outside the stuffing box, the design is intrinsically safe. It eliminates the need for flange gasket replacement due to aging, significantly reducing maintenance costs, and meets the standards for long-distance pipelines and high-safety-level transportation.
● Equipped with a hydraulic actuator, the output torque far exceeds that of electric and pneumatic systems, effortlessly driving DN800 large-diameter, high-pressure valves. The hydraulic system can be integrated with an accumulator to achieve a fail-safe mode, automatically resetting in the event of a power failure or emergency. It features fast response times, supports remote control and ESD emergency shutdown, and is suitable for heavy-duty continuous operation.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the operating torque for DN800 extra-large-diameter valves is significantly lower than that of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, substantially reducing the required hydraulic actuator size and system power consumption.
