Specifically designed for medium- to large-diameter pipelines containing trace amounts of chlorine, subject to mild corrosion, and requiring high temperature and pressure resistance. The WCB carbon steel body is strong and durable under pressure, while the 304 stainless steel flow path ensures cleanliness and rust resistance. The DN350 diameter provides smooth flow, and the PN25 pressure rating ensures stable and reliable performance. Leveraging the exceptional strength of carbon steel and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, this valve provides the most cost-effective, leak-free shut-off solution for industrial pipelines.
Product Advantages
● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox that significantly amplifies the torque of the handwheel, eliminating reliance on power or air sources and ensuring absolutely reliable operation in remote stations, explosion-proof zones, and emergency situations.
● The double-flange gasket seal design ensures bolts do not penetrate the valve body. Precise in-line installation effectively absorbs thermal expansion forces and mechanical vibrations from the pipeline.
● The valve body is constructed from WCB cast carbon steel, providing a high-strength pressure-bearing framework for the DN350 large-diameter valve, which comfortably absorbs pipeline stress and pressure pulsations; The disc and sealing surfaces are made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. With excellent oxidation resistance and resistance to mild corrosion, they maintain the integrity of the sealing surfaces over the long term when used with non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as steam, hot water, oil, and compressed air.
