Product Features
Provides an extreme zero-leakage solution for high-pressure, cryogenic, and harsh shut-off applications. Featuring a robust 316 stainless steel cryogenic body capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -196°C and handling pressures up to Class 600LB, the valve integrates multi-layer hard seals and a triple-eccentric design to achieve frictionless, zero-leakage, and long-lasting reliable control under extreme operating conditions.
Product Advantages
● The valve body, disc, and other major components are all made of 316 austenitic stainless steel. Thanks to its stable face-centered cubic crystal structure, it maintains exceptional impact toughness at extreme low temperatures of -196°C (such as in liquid nitrogen and liquefied natural gas), completely eliminating the risk of low-temperature brittle fracture associated with ferritic steel.
● The double-flange gasket sealing structure ensures precise installation alignment and effectively absorbs tensile stress from pipeline cold contraction and mechanical vibrations.
316 stainless steel provides the sealing surfaces with lasting toughness and resistance to mild corrosion, preventing contamination and ensuring a sealing lifespan that matches the entire lifecycle of the pipeline.
