Product Features
Constructed from WCB carbon steel for heavy-duty applications, it supports high-flow 12-inch pipelines and withstands Class 600LB high-pressure loads. Featuring an all-metal hard-seal design and a triple-eccentric frictionless mechanism, it completely eliminates seal aging and media leakage, ensuring long-term stable control for high-pressure pipelines.
Product Advantages
● The valve’s sealing pair is precision-ground from hard alloy, withstanding high-temperature oxidation, high-pressure cavitation, and particle erosion. The seal’s service life matches the pipeline’s entire lifecycle, eliminating the risk of internal leakage.
● Compared to flanged connections, lug connections are approximately 30% lighter, require fewer fasteners, and allow for greater alignment tolerance, enabling rapid installation in high-pressure pipe racks—a critical factor for large-diameter pipelines.
● The triple-offset design reduces operating torque to just 1/3 to 1/5 of that of metal-seated ball valves of the same diameter. With optional compact electric or pneumatic actuators, investment in high-pressure valve automation is significantly reduced.
