While this valve does not aim for extreme temperature or pressure resistance, it demonstrates exceptional reliability and adaptability in everyday industrial operations, making it a fundamental core component of fluid control in modern factories.
Product Advantages
● Extremely low opening and closing torque: Since there is no contact or friction between the sealing surfaces during operation, the torque required to operate the valve is only about 30% of that required for a gate valve of the same size.
● Extremely long service life: The frictionless design, combined with hard alloy sealing surfaces, enables the valve to withstand hundreds of thousands of cycles.
● Integrated regulation and shutoff: The triple-eccentric structure provides the valve with a near-equal-percent flow characteristic. During manual operation, operators can precisely control the flow of the medium, enabling the valve to serve both as a shutoff valve and a control valve, thereby simplifying pipeline system design.
