A purely mechanical, labor-saving solution for shutoff and precise regulation of large-diameter, non-corrosive media. The robust valve body is cast from WCB carbon steel, featuring a standard DN300 large-diameter flow path and stable load-bearing capacity for Class 150LB medium-pressure applications; Flange connections ensure stability and reliability, while the worm gear manual drive requires minimal effort. Combined with a multi-layer hard-seal triple-eccentric structure, it achieves frictionless opening and closing, leak-free sealing, and ultra-long service life for precise, power-free control.
Product Advantages
● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox that significantly amplifies handwheel torque, allowing a single person to open and close a DN300 large-diameter valve with minimal effort. The self-locking characteristic of the worm gear allows the disc to remain precisely at any opening position without the need for external braking, enabling stepless flow regulation.
● Features WCB metal sealing surfaces combined with high-temperature-resistant, flexible, multi-layer graphite composites, offering both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite.
● The multi-bolt flange ring forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly distributing the thermal expansion thrust, water hammer bending moments, and self-weight of large-diameter pipelines, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free from warping over long periods.
