Product Features
The valve body is precision-cast from CF8 (GB 304) stainless steel, featuring a seamless design with no dead corners, making it suitable for clean, slightly corrosive water and thermal media. The DN1200 large-bore design optimizes the flow path structure, reducing flow resistance in pipelines. Under a rated pressure of PN6, the all-metal hard-seal pair ensures long-lasting, leak-free sealing. Paired with an intelligent electric actuator, it enables remote centralized start/stop control, achieving automated shut-off and management of pipeline networks.
Product Advantages
● Sealing force is derived from the mechanical torque output by the electric actuator; the higher the medium pressure, the more pronounced the wedge-tightening effect on the conical sealing surfaces, achieving Class VI airtightness in both forward and reverse directions.
● Precise electric control with built-in overload protection prevents stem damage and extends valve service life.
● Available with RF or FF sealing faces, the valve features secure installation, high interchangeability, and compatibility with large-diameter piping systems.
