Product Introduction
We manufacture full set heavy-duty undercarriage components for CAT 6015B mining hydraulic shovel, including Track Roller, Sprocket, Idler, Top Roller, and Complete Track Group.
CAT 6015B is a 140-ton class mining shovel working in harsh quarry & open-pit mine environments. Our undercarriage parts adopt heavy-duty fixed axle design, induction hardened running surface, reliable oil seal structure, matching PPR2 sealed greased track system. Suitable for high impact, heavy load and long tramming mining conditions.
Our Production Experience
We are a professional factory focusing on heavy mining machinery undercarriage parts for over 20 years. Our production workflow covers raw material cutting, precision forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, seal assembly, pressure test, final inspection and plywood packing.
We have served global mining contractors, rental fleets and equipment repair shops for CAT large mining shovels including CAT 6015B, 6020, 6030. All critical production parameters are digitally recorded. Each batch will carry out hardness test, metallographic inspection and sealing pressure test before shipment.
We fully understand that for CAT 6015B, undercarriage downtime causes huge mining production loss. So our production standard is oriented to reduce site maintenance frequency and extend service life under heavy rock impact.

A: 2000-4000 working hours, depends on model and working condition. Warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, overloading or poor track tension maintenance.
Q3: What packaging and shipping method?
A: Plywood case / pallet for ocean shipment. We can mark part number, model on package. Support sea freight, air freight.
Q4: What surface treatment & heat treatment do you use?
A: Forged blank, CNC machining, medium frequency induction hardening on working surface, tempering to release internal stress. Hardness and hardened layer meet mining heavy-duty requirement.
