Standard insole foam thickness ranges from 1mm to 20mm, while the sheet can be produced from 0.5mm up to 100mm. We recommend 4-8mm for everyday insoles and 6-12mm for athletic cushioning.

Yes. IXPP foam is non-toxic and non-irritating, passing ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing with VOC emissions compliant with EN 71-3 safety standards.
