EKKOFLEX's IXPP (Irradiation Cross-Linked Polypropylene) foam is a lightweight yet high density waterproof foam material specially selected for shoe insole manufacturing. Produced through melt mixing and extrusion molding, green ion radiation cross-linking, and continuous high-temperature foaming, the material forms an independent closed-cell structure with a closed-cell rate of over 98%.
High density IXPP grades deliver firm, long-lasting arch and heel support while remaining lightweight for all-day wearing comfort. The waterproof closed cell structure keeps feet dry from moisture and sweat, while excellent resilience and shock absorption reduce foot fatigue - making IXPP foam an ideal insole material for sports shoes, casual footwear, work boots, and orthopedic insoles.
