EKKOFLEX's IXPP (Irradiation Cross-Linked Polypropylene) foam is a waterproof closed cell packaging foam engineered for the protection of electronics and precision instruments. Manufactured from polypropylene through melt mixing and extrusion molding, followed by green ion radiation cross-linking and continuous high-temperature foaming, the material forms an independent closed-cell structure with a closed-cell rate of over 98%.
