Leather Mat Roll is a compound roll materialsd for Car floor mats, Auto flooring , Car seats or other home and automobile,
Sofa decorations.It compounded by PU/PVC Leather, Sponge, XPE or EVA, Non-woven fabric, and backing materials.
There are many different designs. We also can customized pattern for clients. PU/PVC leather also can customize in color
and thickness.
Properties:
(1) High weather resistance: in line with international and domestic automobile OEM factory requirements.
(2) Good resistance to twists and turns: suitable for car handbrake / shift cover parts.
(3) Texture diversification: according to different requirements design texture, embossed clearly and variously.
(4) Low odor: follow the requirements of automotive interior parts, below 3 level.
(4) Environment protection: low VOC, in line with Reach, RoHS standards.
(5) Good color fastness: high fastness to light, not easy to fade.
(6) Flame retardant: meet the British standard BS5852, or American Standard FMVSS302, and GB8410-2006.
