1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
3) Send back the physical problem fabrics by express to us.
4) After we confirm the problems, such as caused by machine, dyeing, etc, within three days, we will create the satisfactory program for you.
Q2: What's the MOQ and delivery time?
If the material we have in stock, then no need MOQ. If not, the MOQ depends on the design, typically 1000m per color. Delivery time: 10-15 days.
Q3: Can you do custom design?
Of course, Color, Backing, Thickness, Pattern and Embroidery materials all could be customized. We have professional technical staff.
Q4: Can you send a sample for reference?
We are glad to send samples for your inspection. Samples are free, but you may need to pay the express fees.
Q5: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
