Dry & Wet Filter for Industrial Waste Gas Dust Removal
Description
Dry & Wet Filter is a dual-mode purification device specially developed for industrial waste gas and dust treatment, widely used in coating, grinding, printing and polishing workshops. It combines dry interception and wet washing filtration to achieve two-stage dust removal, effectively capturing paint mist, metal powder and fine floating dust.
The frame can be selected from 201 or 304 stainless steel, and the internal filter material is wear-resistant and easy to disassemble for cleaning. The wet washing area uses circulating water to adsorb tiny particles that are hard to trap by dry filtering alone, greatly improving overall filtration efficiency. The whole machine adopts a fully sealed structure to avoid secondary dust overflow, with low wind resistance and stable operating load.
This filter can be independently used or matched with cyclone spray scrubbers for combined waste gas treatment. Customizable dimensions and multi-layer filter structures are available according to on-site air volume. It features low maintenance cost and long service life, becoming an ideal front-end dust pretreatment equipment for various industrial exhaust systems.
