Activated Carbon Adsorber for Industrial Organic Waste Gas Purification
Description
Activated Carbon Adsorber is professional purification equipment for industrial organic waste gas and odor treatment, widely applied in printing, coating, chemical and plastic processing workshops. It adopts honeycomb or granular activated carbon as adsorbent, which efficiently captures VOCs, solvent fumes and peculiar smell molecules through physical adsorption.
The cabinet is available in 201/304 stainless steel or anti-corrosion coated carbon steel. Standard carbon bed thickness is 200mm, with optional 300mm thickening to improve adsorption capacity. The pull-out drawer design makes carbon replacement quick and labor-saving. The low-resistance internal structure keeps operating pressure at 250–550 Pa for energy-saving operation, with purification efficiency of organic waste gas reaching over 95%.
It can be matched with cyclone spray scrubbers and dry-wet filters as post-stage purification. Custom sizes and built-in demisting layers are offered for different air volumes. With fully sealed structure to avoid gas leakage, it is an ideal terminal treatment device for decentralized industrial waste gas.
