Wotech's high-performance variable frequency screw unit is one of the core components developed in-house. ltfeatures a high-eficiency compressor manufactured with precision machining and superior materials. The system supports a wide cooling capacity range (450kW-2200kW), with a chilled water outlet temperature aslow as 0'C and a cooling water inlet temperature up to 20°C

Thanks to intelligent control and eficient heat exchange technology, this unit is ideal for hotels, hospitals, officebuildings, factories, and various other applications requiring high energy efficiency and stable performance


Inverter Control Technology
The air conditioning system can intelligently adjustcompressor speed to match actual load,improvingsystem part-load efficiency.lt also supports preciseenergy control in multi-compressor systems, increasingpartial load energy efficiency (lPLV) by more than 25%
High-efficiency inverter drives adjust the motor's speed toimprove energy savings and maintain stable operationwith energy savings of over 20% under typical partialload conditions.
Advanced frequency conversion oil supply technolog)ensures reliable automatic oil return and distributionenhancing the durability and reliability of the system
Compressor
The unit adopts a high-efficiency semi-hermetic screw compressorwith advanced third-generation rotor profiles and patented tooth designIt supports stepless or dual-stage capacity control, sianificantlyimproving full-load and part-load performance.Compared to traditional models, energy efficiency is increased by20%-30%,and the compressor includes multiple protection functions.

Electrical Control System
The system uses microcomputer control for fast response, real-timemonitoring, and fault recording.
It supports timed startup/shutdown, remote monitoring, and centralizedmanagement, and can be equipped with well-known PLC controllers basedon project needs


Dry Filter
