The high-efficiency variable-speed screw low-temperature unit is one of Wotech's core products. lt features brand.name variable-speed screw compressors and precision-machined control components, paired with high-qualityrefrigerant and oil separation systems. lt has a compact structure, low noise, stable performance, and is easy toclean and maintain.With multiple capacity levels and configurations, the unit covers a cooling capacity range of 60kW-2000kW, withchiled water outlet temperatures ranging from -25'C to 20°C. The unit includes protection mechanisms such asphase-loss, overcurrent, and low oil flow rate, ensuring high reliability, eficiency, and safety.Thanks to its excellent part-load performance, low noise, and high energy efficiency, it is suitable for hotels.hospitals, office buildings, factories, and various other industrial or commercial applications.

Multi-Layer Control Measures
Inside the compressor, an efficient separation designensures oil is returned to the compressor duringoperation using centrifugal and gravity-based systemsNo oil pump is required. The independent oilseparation chamber design helps increase heatexchange efficiency and reduces oil carryover.The compressor and its accessories are equipped witha secondary oil separation filter to ensure clean oilcirculation and long-term system reliability


Low-Temperature Cooling Control Technology
During ultra-low temperature winter operation, thesystem automatically adiusts the refrigerant returnpressure and ensures smooth unit operation withoutthe need for external heaters or manual adjustments.This improves start-up reliability under extreme coldconditions andeffectively solves winter start-updifficulties for compressor systems.


Evaporator Materials
The evaporator utilizes A-grade surfacetreatment technology to ensure high cleanliness andcorrosion resistance.
It supports a wide range of refrigerants, includingR22,R134a,R507A,ammonia, and other fluorinebased and hydrocarbon refrigerants.Optional heat exchanger tubes include copper.
copper-nickel alloy,titanium alloy, and stainless stee(304,316,etc.) to meet different industrial needs.

Electrical Control System
The system uses microcomputer control for fast response, real-timemonitoring, and fault recording.
It supports timed startup/shutdown, remote monitoring, and centralizedmanagement, and can be equipped with well-known PLC controllers basedon project needs


Dry Filter
Combines a high-efficiency filter core with a compact design.The specialized filter medium ensures excellent dehydration performance.preventing moisture and acid corrosion, while ensuring system reliability evenin poor water quality environments.


Electronic Expansion Valve(EEV)
The valve precisely adjusts refrigerant flow based on cooling load andtemperature, maintaining optimal evaporation conditions and improving heatexchange efficiency.
It helps stabilize system operation and enhances energy efficiency, achievingfast and precise control of superheat.


Tube-in-Shell Evaporator & Condenser
These high-efficiency heat exchangers use internal threaded copper tubes andundergo strict testing to ensure reliable sealing and performance.They are compact, lightweight, efficient, and suitable for a wide range ofoperating conditions
