75W/UVC mixed imported 80W/UVA lamp is used as light source for debonding. After the debonding work is completed, it will automatically switch to the post-exposure work, which not only saves the time to transport the plate to the exposure machine after the debonding, but also effectively protects the light source life of the main exposure machine, and also solves the risk of damage to the plate due to handling. The exposure lamp cap and electrical components are partially isolated from the lamp tube after the debonding machine, which is equivalent to that the lamp cap wire is completely located outside the lamp tube box. With the latest technology in the industry, all lamps are independent, and the traditional lamp frame mode is abandoned. The problem of poor contact is not affected by the different length of other lamps, and each lamp is covered with a seat cover. Avoid ozone corrosion of electrical components during the debonding process. It is convenient and fast to replace or maintain the lamp in the future. A strong ozone removal device shall be installed to prevent ozone from corroding the equipment and affecting the plate-making quality. The plate drying machine is equipped with four layers of plate drying cabinet. The wind force of the temperature difference machine is uniform, and the heating is equipped with a thermostatic device to ensure that the temperature difference of each part of the oven is ± ≤ 3 ℃, so as to avoid affecting the accuracy of printing plate chromaticity due to uneven temperature difference. Automatic constant temperature air inlet and strong exhaust device are set to ensure uniform wind and temperature and timely remove ozone to speed up drying.
