This press is a four-color offset printing machine. It incorporates the CC-LINK technology bus module from Mitsubishi for enhanced functionality. Featuring a double-diameter impression cylinder with a transfer drum design, it minimizes paper sheet transfer time between printing units. The plate cylinder offers adjustments in the circumferential, lateral, and diagonal directions for precise printing control.

1. Semi-automatic Plate Changer (APC) expedites setup time.

2. Allows for presetting paper thickness for various paper types and automatic, rapid, and synchronized adjustment of printing pressure in each unit.

3. Features a continuous feeder for uninterrupted production, facilitating swift pile changes, particularly advantageous for handling thick paper and long print jobs offline.

4. Integration with Mitsubishi's CC-LINK technology bus module enhances operational capabilities.

5. Utilize a double-diameter impression cylinder and transfer drum to minimize sheet transfer between print units.

6. Provides adjustable plate cylinder settings in the circumferential, lateral, and diagonal directions for precise printing control.

7. Incorporates five rollers on the plate cylinder, including an intermediate roller in the alcohol damping system, effectively eliminating ghost images, achieving rapid ink-water balance, and reducing paper consumption.

8. Split (staggered) ductor features 23 zones for enhanced printing precision.

Pneumatic Clamp Bar, Change Plate Without Tools:

- The tension of the clamping bar is regulated using imported tubing and disc springs, enhancing operational flexibility.

- Cylinder corners are monitored by a high-precision encoder. Plates are automatically installed and removed through programmed actions, accommodating both long and short-print job requirements.

- The tail of the clamping bar is designed to be detached, facilitating smoother paper handling.

Ink Amount Control Console:

- Each ink control within every unit can be configured via the console interface.

- Digital display of ink levels is available and can be stored for future use.

Accurate Grippers:

- Enhanced longevity and easier replacement are facilitated after heat treatment of the high-strength steel pads.

- The stability of paper transfer and precision in paper handling is guaranteed by durable, abrasion-resistant soft pads.

- Improved the stability of the gripper system is achieved through the use of high-precision needle roller bearings and articulated bearings.

Automatic Device For Adjusting Paper Thickness:

Automated Paper Thickness Adjustment System:

- Utilizing gear drive technology, the distance between cylinders can be automatically fed back to the screen via a potentiometer.

- Stability in printing pressure is ensured by a permanent magnetic generator drive, known for its ample torsion and robust self-locking mechanism.

- Direct input of paper thickness on the screen offers enhanced ease and convenience.

Vacuum Suction Feeder Table:

- Equipped with a high-capacity imported air pump.
