FAQ
Lead Time: Our standard production lead time is 30 calendar days, calculated from the date we confirm receipt of your deposit. This duration covers manufacturing and quality control processes. For urgent orders, expedited options may be available upon request and subject to production scheduling.
Payment Term: We require a 30% deposit via telegraphic transfer (T/T) to initiate production. The remaining 70% balance must be settled in full by T/T prior to the scheduled shipment date. All payment details will be clearly specified in our proforma invoice for your convenience.
Packaging Term: Standard packaging uses export-grade cartons marked with ECOO labels for environmental compliance. We gladly accommodate customized packaging specifications per your instructions, including labeling, inner packing, or special materials, at no extra cost if advised in advance.
Shipment Term: We offer flexible shipping terms including FOB at major ports like Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF to your destination port, and DDU for door delivery. The chosen term will define cost responsibilities and risk transfer points, and can be confirmed based on your preference.
Free Samples: To support your evaluation, we typically provide up to 10 sample plates free of charge for testing purposes. These samples are shipped with minimal packaging, while shipping costs may apply depending on your location and selected courier service.
