A2 Sheetfed UV Spot Varnish Coating Machine
The SD750 is the A2 size UV spot varnish coating machine applies a clear, glossy liquid varnish to specific areas of printed materials, curing it instantly with UV light or IR light to create contrast, texture, and premium effects on things like business cards ,book cover or packaging.
The machine do the full coating or partial reserved coating by the rubber roller with printing blanket, do the spot coating or select coating by anilox roller with flexo plate. The UV varnish can be dried by UV lamp or LED UV , the waterbased varnish can be dried by IR lights.
