1. Application
YFMA 590 is the precoating hot laminating machine or thermal laminator that uses pre-coated film (like BOPP/PET with adhesive already on it) for both hot (heated rollers) and cold (pressure only) lamination.
YFMA-590 fully Automatic laminating machine as a professional equipment used for plastic film laminating on the surface of paper printer matter.
Widely applicable for laminating in packaging, paper box, books, magazines, calendars, carton, handbags, Gift box, Wine packaging paper improving the printing matter grades, and achieve the purpose of dust-proof, water-proof, oil proof. It’s the best choice for printing and laminating enterprises of all scales.
Laminating Films(precoated or thermal): Film: OPP, PET, PVC, METALIC, etc.
2. Main features:
1:Double-sided laminating (both sides are laminated at the same time) (optional)
2:Dust removal (remove surface dust and surface preheating, enhance surface brightness/mattity/and fit)
3:UV dryer(Lamination has strong fastness, especially to solve the problem of embossing and embossing of the large solid base film)(optional)
4:Chain knife (cutting of tailless film and high toughness film such as PET and aluminum foil film)(optional)
5:Hot knife (high speed) (Slitting of high toughness films such as tailless film and PET, aluminum foil film)(optional)
6:Corona device (to solve the problem of low corona value, silk screen, paste box, hot stamping, etc. )The corona treatment is for the sheet with laminating film to be printed,to make the inks layer adheres firmly to the film surface)(optional)
