EcooGraphix is a leading professional supplier for Offset Prepress solutions, also supplying Printing Materials and Postpress Packing Equipment. Our main products include Prepress 4up and 8up Online/Offline Thermal CTP, CTCP, VLF CTP and CTCP, Flexo CTP, Processor, Offset Plates, inks, blankets, and postpress packing equipment.
Where is your factory located?
Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city, approximately 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai. We warmly welcome visitors to our facility.
What is your warranty for the CTP machines?
Three years warranty for Laser Head and main spare parts for CTPs, one year for Processors. When customers use EcooGraphix CTP plates with our machines, we provide Lifetime Warranty and technical support.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Typically 10-30 days, with every effort made to accommodate customer requirements.
Can you supply Workflow and RIP software?
Yes, we provide Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V12 software solutions.
What about installation and after-sales technical support?
Our engineers provide installation assistance and necessary training. Buyers are responsible for round-trip air tickets, service charges, and local accommodation costs. We offer 7x24 hour support for any questions or problems.
