Featuring imported high-precision industrial print heads with higher fire ignition frequency and extended service life, this system delivers consistent print quality over extended periods. The precision enables high-resolution printing with exceptional accuracy, minimizing defects and misprints.

The patch tracking electronic eye ensures precise secondary surprinting by maintaining perfect alignment of additional elements with the base print. This technology solves printing registration challenges, tracking the substrate during printing to maintain accurate alignment and reduce waste.

The digital embellishment machine UV inkjet can also be used for braille printing and wine label varnishing,

it can reach 250u varnish thickness by one time print with the speed of 15m/min.

With resolution up to 360 x 1440 dpi, this system delivers high-definition print quality essential for intricate designs, fine text, and small logos on labels. This precision is crucial for industries like cosmetics, food, and so on.

Integration with the GIS software ensures smooth, reliable processing from design to print. This system optimizes file preparation, and job scheduling, resulting in fewer production errors and consistent output.

The automatic winding and unwinding system manages substrate entry and exit, preventing shifting and maintaining material orderliness throughout printing. This ensures efficient workflow and non-stop production capability during long print runs.
