Machine brief introduction
ECOO TB50/5F is a 4 clamps PUR perfect binder ,which is suitable for short-order and medium-order production, and the maximum mechanical speed is 2300 copies/hour. The technical features include stepless variable speed control, PLC programmable controller, independent temperature control and overload protection of double glue pot, etc. Its standard configuration is EVA gluing system. But it has options of PUR gluing system, back strip. The Interchange between EVA and PUR s very fast. This machine adopted a computer operation system,a mill chamber construction, side rubber wheel.in-dentation wheel,book-wrapping table, cover size adjuster,auto computer setter.As a result it can finish allthe processes in one minute. It is controlled by a frequency controller and PLC it is assembled with photoelectric cells, auto tester and touch screen displayer.
