The TBT50/4D elliptical perfect binder is an eco-friendly perfect binder designed for the 21st century. It features a drive system with four book-clamp chains, which eliminates the excessive drive inertia and intermittent malfunctions between shafts commonly found in traditional disc-type perfect binders.
The machine applied EVA glue binding only, no option of PUR binding or back stripping.
At present, it is the most advanced one among the international similar machines, and the upper-sealing clamp mechanism has won several national patent.
This machine is offered the book core by manpower, and au-tomatically finishes 10 procedures below:

3. Back mucus coating;
