Recommended Startup Procedure:
Clean the blanket thoroughly to remove residual ink
Start press and run dampening system for 30-40 seconds to develop plate
Engage ink rollers and run for additional 20-30 seconds
Begin paper feed and start production
Pro Tip: Extending the water-only and inking phases can further reduce startup waste while maintaining excellent print quality.
