Pre-milling: Utilizes double milling cutters to trim board edges with grain marks, burrs, or non-perpendicular cuts, ensuring a perfect base for sealing.
Gluing: Equipped with a heated glue pot and spiral mechanism for uniform adhesive application and strong bonding.
End Cutting: Single-guide rail system precisely trims banding at both board ends.
Rough Trimming: Protects veneers during sealing and serves as a primary leveling process for PVC/acrylic edges, reducing wear on precision tools.
Fine Trimming: High-speed oblique cutting motor with alloy disc achieves smooth and flush trimming.
Contour Rounding (Corner Round): Tracks board contours to create smooth and aesthetic rounded end faces.
Scraping & Flat Scraping: Eliminates ripple marks from trimming and performs a final gentle scrape for ultra-smooth upper and lower edges.
Buffing: Final polishing delivers a superior, seamless finish on the sealed edge section.
