The 1830A-2 is a smart CNC router built with two work tables. It is perfect for companies that make cabinets and doors. This machine mixes strong power with smart features. It helps you do more work in less time, easily and reliably.
Main Parts and What They Do
Easy Control: It uses a friendly Taiwan LNC control system. The screen is clear, and learning to use it is simple.
Strong Spindle: The main cutting motor is 9kW and can change tools by itself. It spins very fast (18,000-24,000 RPM) to cut smoothly and quickly.
Precise Movement: Special high-precision motors move the machine on the X and Y axes using strong steel gears (called a rack and pinion). For the Z-axis, a ball screw is used. This combination ensures the machine moves where you want it, very accurately.
Solid Frame: The main body is made of strong steel. It has been treated with heat (annealed) and vibrated to remove internal stress. This makes the machine very stable for many years of use. Thick 25mm steel guide rails ensure the machine doesn't shake when cutting.
Holds Workpieces Tightly: The table has separate vacuum zones. This means you can hold one big board or many small ones firmly in place while cutting. A powerful 11kW vacuum pump provides strong suction.
Holds Many Tools: It has a straight-line tool holder for 12 different tools. You can drill holes and cut shapes without stopping the machine to change tools by hand. This is great for jobs that need many different tools.
Keeps It Clean: A special dust cover sucks up most of the dust and chips. There is also an option for a cover that blows air to keep the cutting area even cleaner.
Built to Last: Important parts like the reduction gears are from Japan (Shimpo), known for great quality. Key electrical parts are from the trusted brand Delixi, which are easy to find and replace if needed.
