This equipment is suitable for sawing processing of materials such as acrylic, PVC board, particle board, multi-layer board, medium dry board, density board, chipboard, artificial stone board, external wall calcium silicate board, and paperboard. Its main saw and feeding rack are both guided by linear guides, offering higher precision. The positioning accuracy is not affected by the surrounding environment and magnetic fields, ensuring safety and stability without requiring deliberate maintenance and adjustment by personnel. Sawing dust is accurately collected, with a dust collection rate close to 100%.
It no longer uses traditional open dust collection. The robotic arm structure can achieve a minimum size of 30*50mm. It offers two control options for sawing speed: servo motor and frequency converter, providing superior sawing stability. It is equipped with an online fault detection device; it automatically stops upon fault occurrence and has an automatic fault detection function to quickly identify the cause of faults. Visual sawing inspection allows visual understanding of the sawing status at any time. It is configured with intelligent cutting optimization software, making production more time-saving, material-saving, and labor-saving. Its characteristics are automation, high efficiency, high precision, and aesthetic appeal. It has been widely used in panel furniture manufacturing enterprises both domestically and internationally and is capable of high-performance operation.
Electrical components use internationally and domestically renowned brands such as "Taiwan YANHONG (FATEK) System", "INVT Servo and Frequency Converter", "French Schneider Electric", "Taiwan Airtac Pneumatic Solenoid Valve", etc., making machine operation more stable.
