Cutting Capability and Motor Setup

The 5.5KW main motor drives the primary blade at speeds between 4000 and 6000 RPM, capable of slicing through materials up to 70mm thick. A separate 1.1KW scoring motor operates at 7000 to 8000 RPM, designed to pre-score veneers and laminates. This process prevents edge chipping, ensuring a flawless finish ready for edge banding. The main spindle diameter is 30mm, while the scoring spindle is 20mm, compatible with standard 300mm and 120mm blades respectively.

Accurate guiding is ensured by a robust fence system. The Fine Tune Rip Fence features a 45mm solid chrome-plated shaft with a 1500mm usage length. For cross-cutting, the Heavy-Duty Crosscut Fence spans 1850mm and includes two flip stops for repetitive tasks. This fence can slide as a single unit and supports angled cuts. To maintain a clean environment, the saw includes a vacuum cleaning system with a 150mm bottom interface. The vacuum hood moves with the saw shaft, capturing dust at the source. Electrical components are sourced from CHINT, ensuring reliable performance. An optional pressure feeder is available for added safety during large board processing.
