The BHM388Y Edge Banding Machine is an efficient and intelligent panel processing device designed for high-precision edge banding of various board materials. 3.Uniform Glue Application: The glue pot uses a spiral heating structure to melt hot-melt adhesive evenly, providing strong adhesion and durable edge bonding.
4.Multi-Stage Trimming and Polishing: Includes rough trimming, fine trimming, scraping, flat scraping, and buffing processes. Alloy disc blades and high-speed oblique cutting motors ensure smooth and even edge finishing.
5.Stable and Efficient Structure: Incorporates a single-guide rail end-cutting system and encoder-controlled operations for stable performance and high processing accuracy.
6.Wide Material Compatibility: Supports various edge banding materials such as PVC, acrylic, and wood veneer, meeting diverse thickness and material requirements.
