Technique Features:

 

1. Continuous and mechanized operation within all section process.
 
2. a specially designed negative-pressure evaporation energy-saving process has been used, which highly reduces steam consumption, saving money on daily mantaince.
 
3. In order to ensure meal residual oil and dissolution consumption are at the lowest level, we use mature drag chain extractors and DTDC evaporating and stripping machines with reasonable structure and reliable operation.
 
4. Fully enclosed operating system, which avoids oxidation and ensures the quality of the crude oil, increasing refining rate.
 
5. Use the latest stainless steel forming fillers in the mineral oil recovery system to recover the maximum amount of solvent from the exhaust gas.
 
6. Electrical interlock control system and fully customized automatic control system set up according to the user's requirements.
 
7. Condensing system in series and in parallel according to the flow rate to ensure high heat transfer efficiency and low fouling.
