1. This product is an EIKTO lithium iron phosphate battery module, which is made of 150Ah lithium iron phosphate batteries in series and parallel.
2. Laser welding is performed between the batteries using iron connectors.
3. The iron material is used as the shell to stabilize the module, which has high structural strength.
4. The module can be equipped with a battery heating system to make the battery work normally in a low temperature environment.
5. The internal structure of the module is made of refractory material, which greatly reduces the risk caused by heating.
6. The module has the advantages of light weight, strong stability, high safety and long cycle life.
1. High safety performance: the P-O bond in lithium iron phosphate crystal is stable and difficult to decompose. Even at high temperature or overcharge, it will not collapse and generate heat or form strong oxidizing substances like lithium cobaltate, so it has good safety;
2. Long service life: lithium iron phosphate battery refers to a lithium-ion battery using lithium iron phosphate as the cathode material. The cycle life of long-life lead-acid battery is about 300 times, and the maximum is 500 times. The cycle life of lithium iron phosphate power battery can reach more than 2000 times, and the standard charging (5-hour rate) can reach 2000 times;
3. Good high temperature performance: the electric heating peak of lithium iron phosphate can reach 350 ℃ - 500 ℃, while lithium manganate and lithium cobaltate are only around 200 ℃. The working temperature range is wide (- 20c-75c), with high temperature resistance. 4. Large capacity: when the battery is always working under the condition of full charge, the capacity will quickly be lower than the rated capacity. This phenomenon is called memory effect. For example, nickel hydrogen and nickel cadmium batteries have memory property, but lithium iron phosphate batteries do not. No matter what state the battery is in, it can be used as soon as it is charged, and there is no need to discharge before charging;
5. Environmental protection: lithium iron phosphate batteries are generally considered to be free of any heavy metals and rare metals (nickel hydrogen batteries need rare metals), non-toxic (SGS certified), non polluting, and in compliance with European ROHS regulations.
