ASME B16.9 elbow has been produced by the pipe . Firstly, we need cut the pipe into piece and then we put the elbow om the induction hot forming elbow machine . After forming the carbon steel elbow and we need to sizing the carbon steel elbow and after we need d beveling , shot blasting , painting ,marking and package . Then the whole process production line will be finished . For the different size and thickness elbow ,we can get from the mandrel . Then size different the mandrel different . The thickness is different and the mandrel is also different . Different bend radius needs different mandrel . So producing ASME B16.9 elbow needs many mandrels for different model.

What is a bend?

technical requirements
