Use of valves
When gate valve is closed

Installation and maintenance of gate valves should pay attention to the following matters:

2. The double gate plates of gate valves should be installed vertically, that is, the stem is in a vertical position, and the handwheel is at the top.
3 gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening the bypass valve to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force.
4. For gate valves with driving mechanism, install according to the instructions of the product.5. If the gate valve is often used, lubricate it at least once a month.
