Machining Process: Once the setup is complete, the operator starts the CNC lathe, and it automatically performs the programmed machining operations on the workpiece. The operator monitors the process, ensuring that the machine is running smoothly and making any necessary adjustments if deviations from the desired specifications occur.
Quality Control: After the machining process is complete, the operator inspects the valve body for quality. This involves measuring the dimensions, checking for surface finish, and verifying that the specifications are met.
