A: This V2L adapter has IP54 / IP65 weather resistance, making it safe for light rain and splashing water. However, we strongly recommend keeping the adapter and socket connections protected from direct heavy rain, and avoid submerging in water. For outdoor use, consider placing the adapter in a weatherproof box or under a shelter.
A: Most EVs allow you to set a discharge limit via the infotainment screen. Go to the "Vehicle Settings" or "Energy Management" menu, find the "V2L / Discharge" section, and set your desired minimum battery level (e.g., stop discharging when battery reaches 20% or 30%).
