Precautions For Installation Of Electric Heater Boiler:
The installation of the electric heater boiler is a relatively simple process. Of course, it is not a simple operation process that needs to be taken lightly. In order to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater boiler after installation, we still need to pay attention to some matters. The main issues are as follows:
Ensure the circulating pressure: the return water pipe of the radiator shall be higher than the return water pipe of the electric heater boiler by a certain height. The height of the horizontal main outlet pipe from the radiator should be high, which is more conducive to generating a large additional circulating pressure.
Reduce circulation resistance: the pipeline shall be short, and the length of pipeline in natural circulation system is not recommended to exceed 15m; Generally, galvanized steel pipe or PPR pipe with diameter of 1 inch (i.e. DN25) and above shall be selected for coarse pipe diameter. The connection position of the aluminum-plastic pipe is prone to water leakage after thermal expansion and cold contraction. Therefore, we do not recommend that you use it. The resistance links (such as valves and elbows) shall be as few as possible; To reduce the circulating resistance of the electromagnetic boiler, efforts should be made on "rough, short and less".
In addition, it is also necessary to ensure that there is no air in the system. Otherwise, the phenomenon of "air resistance" will be formed, which will make the water unable to reach a normal circulation process, and also cause the electric heater boiler to lack water and dry burn. At this time, the heater will rise sharply and cause damage. Therefore, attention must be paid to the problem of exhaust during installation
