PVC insulated wire is not only simple in structure and convenient in use, but also has good electrical insulation, physical and mechanical properties, non-flammability, compression resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and moisture resistance.
The laying temperature of the wire is not less than 0℃, and the maximum working temperature is allowed for a long time (70℃). The current transmission capacity is large.
BVVB wires produced by Zhufeng Cable Daming Co., Ltd also have the following advantages:
1. good insulation: PVC keeps the original good insulation characteristics of PE, and the insulation resistance is further increased. The tangent of the dielectric loss Angle is very small and is not affected by temperature.
2. no delay combustibility: PVC has a good flame retardant type, its flame retardant value of more than 40, so it is widely used in fire protection applications.
3. Better mechanical properties: Due to the establishment of new chemical bonds between macromolecules, the hardness, stiffness, wear resistance and impact resistance of PVC have been improved, so as to make up for the shortcomings of PE vulnerable to environmental stress and cracking.
4. Chemical resistance: PVC has strong acid and alkali resistance and oil resistance (resistance to concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentration of 90% sulfuric acid, concentration of 60% nitric acid, and concentration of 20% sodium hydroxide).
