Made of die-cast or gravity-cast aluminum alloy, it offers light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and is easy to install and maintain. It is particularly suitable for systems that are sensitive to equipment weight.
Top-mounted structure : Reduces the number of valve body connection bolts, enhances overall reliability, effectively counteracts the influence of system weight on valve operation, and improves long-term operational stability.
Composite valve plate design : The butterfly plate uses a carbon steel inner liner and a wear-resistant polymer material (such as nylon 11), combined with a wear-resistant rubber sealing ring, significantly improving wear resistance and extending service life.
II. double sealing
Soft sealing (such as NBR, EPDM rubber): Suitable for normal temperature and low-pressure environments, with excellent sealing performance, achieving zero leakage;
Hard sealing (stainless steel + hard alloy): Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure or particle-containing medium working conditions, although the sealing performance is slightly lower, it is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
